APPLE VALLEY, Minn. – Wings Financial CU on Tuesday said it has implemented Financial Management Solutions, Inc.’s Lobby Tracking System to better track key sales, service and productivity metrics in the credit union’s lobby.

FMSI said the Lobby Tracking System helps credit unions and banks support their retail branch environment through an account holder queue management system and offers real-time performance dashboard reporting, including over 20 service and sales reports.

Atlanta-based FMSI also offers credit unions and banks the popular The Teller Management System and The ContactCenter Management System, which the company said allow financial institutions to manage and staff to meet their service and sales needs.
