LEXINGTON, Ky. – University of Kentucky FCU said it is implementing Alkami’s Online Relationship Builder platform, which the company said allows credit union members to personalize their online banking experience.

Members of the $475-million credit union members now will be able to personalize profile themes, dashboard applications, featured content and social media options much as they do on their favorite e-commerce and social sites, Alkami said.

“Alkami’s digital banking platform will provide us with a relationship-building tool that delivers real value to our members and increases the online interaction we have with them,” said Greg Baker, vice president – sales and marketing, at UK FCU.

“Alkami is changing the way credit union members think about online banking,” said Stephen Bohanon, Alkami president. “The digital banking channel is fast becoming the primary touch point between credit unions and the members they serve. It is rapidly replacing the branch experience as the primary method of service delivery and brand reinforcement.”
