TREVOSE, Penn. – TruMark Financial CU has implemented broker/dealer services and back office support from CUSO Financial Services.

Although it had an investment program for more than 10 years, the $1.4-billion credit union’s executive management team felt it could improve and expand the program by working with CUSO Financial in a dual-employee program. The credit union said it now has more management control over aspects of the investment business and can facilitate closer integration with all the departments within the organization.

“Along with its much better technology platform dataVISION and improved reporting capabilities, the CFS focus on flexible customer support attracted us,” said Christine Roach, senior vice president in charge of retail and marketing at TruMark.

To develop the platform program, TruMark Financial plans to train and license employees in all of its branches to sell fixed annuities and other products to meet the needs of members.
