AUSTIN, Texas-The Econiq frontline sales solution may boost sales at Amplify FCU, but the icing on the cake is Econiq's suggestions about staffing levels, said Pierre Cardenas, SVP-retail.

Reports tell branch managers whether the staffing mix matches the transaction mix. For example, Econiq showed Amplify that cross-trained employees at one branch were handling too many monetary transactions, so the CU added a representative to focus on monetary transactions and free up the cross-trained employees for sales.
