BILLINGS, Mont. — The $36.7 million Rimrock Credit Union has selected core processor provider Sharetec System as its new core system.
Rimrock said that it will move away from paper and leverage the Sharetec System for an integrated imaging solution to store member and loan documents, transaction receipts and electronic notices, statements, and more.
It was important that Rimrock found a system that would streamline its member service both inside the CU and online, chief executive Paula Rudduck said in a statement.
"Sharetec excels in both those areas," she said. "In addition, Sharetec provides the ability to customize the software to meet our needs and the added confidence [that] with tools such as Offline Processing we can always serve our members."
Sharetec of Indianapolis noted that it also provides a mobile solution with bill pay and remote deposit, which the company said adds to member engagement.
"Rimrock has always focused on offering its members the best possible service since it began and is thrilled with all the automation and functionality the Sharetec System will be providing as it continues to grow," said Keane Kulak, regional director for Bradford-Scott Data Corp., an owner/distributor of the Sharetec System.
Sharetec has more than 300 CUs as clients.
Rimrock was chartered in 1949 and serves more than 4,200 members.
