Timothy Quigley joined CUSO Financial Services, L.P., as a program manager overseeing the team of CFS advisors at Patriot Financial Services, the investment arm at Patriot FCU, Chambersburg, Penn.

Educational Community CU, Kalamazoo, Mich., named Gina Chiechi loan origination supervisor, Roger Ferworn loan underwriting supervisor, and September Kirvan loan servicing supervisor.

Mid-Hudson Valley FCU, Kingston, N.Y., hired Kristian Diaz as branch manager for the Newburgh office.

Ernesta Tobin, executive director of the Ferndale, Mich.-based ONE Financial Services, was named a 2012 Five Star Wealth Manager for the second year in a row.

Local Government FCU, Raleigh, N.C., added two new advisory council members: Patricia Forrester and James Williams. Separately, the CU named Sherry Bear VP of consumer lending.

The League of Southeastern Credit Unions named Mary Ott Wood, CEO of Florida West Coast CU, its new chairman of the board. The Executive Committee is: Wood, Steve Swofford (chairman-elect), CEO of Alabama CU; Tina Williams (vice chair), CEO of Mobile Educators CU; Brent Lister (secretary), CEO of First Florida CU and Alvin Cowans (treasurer), CEO of McCoy FCU. Three new directors were added: Leianne Harden, manager of Florida Customs FCU; Jeanette Keller, CEO of Blue Flame CU; and Steven Nazaruk, CEO of Tallahassee FCU. Separately, the league announced winners of its annual awards: James Lankford (Distinguished Service Award), past president of Alabama CU; Rich Helber (Professional of the Year), CEO of Tropical Financial CU; and Martha Frasier (Volunteer of the Year), board vice chair, Space Coast CU.

US FCU, Burnsville, Minn., hired DonMacRae as branch manager of its Shakopee location.

Robins FCU, Warner-Robins, Ga., named Susan Collins branch manager for its 321 Perry Parkway office and Blair Edwards assistant branch manager.

CEFCU, Peoria, Ill., promoted Tim Dunton to chief technology officer; Denise Ghere, Joe Varda and Dave Zimmerman to VP; and Todd Haller to VP of auditing and risk management.

OnPoint Community CU, Portland, Ore., named Andy Jamison manager of its NW 27th and Vaughn branch.

Heather Shupe, VP of human resources for Dover FCU, Dover, Del., recently completed the requirements of the Credit Union Executives Society's CEO Institute program.
