SALEM, Ore. – Oregon Employees FCU is implementing Alkami’s new Online Relationship Builder platform, which the company said allows the credit union to personalize a member’s online banking experience.

“The solution we are implementing will provide greater digital engagement and member value, meaning we will be able to service our members in a personalized way and set ourselves apart from the national banks,” said Otto Radke, vice president for IT at the $100-million credit union.

Alkami said its robust, user-friendly interface provides the highest level of online banking personalization for credit union members. End users will now have the ability to self-select the content, applications and themes they see when they log in to online banking. In addition, the credit union will be able to assess member preferences that assist the credit union in providing valuable products and services that encourage lifetime membership.

“We believe the member’s digital banking experience should be as engaging, personal and social as the rest of their online interactions,” said Stephen Bohanon, president of Alkami. “This level of interaction is now expected by end users and we are proud to bring OEFCU this level of online experience in a way that no other online banking technology provider has attempted to do.”
