NASHVILLE, Tenn. – NAFCU on Monday said Michael Parsons, president of $330-million First Source FCU, was elected chairman of its board, in conjunction with the annual NAFCU Convention here this week.

Parsons previously served as vice chair of NAFCU and NAFCU Services Corporation. He also served on the NAFCU Executive Committee and was chairman of the corporate, audit, and Region I advisory committees.

Outgoing NAFCU Chair Michael Lussier, president of Webster FCU in Worcester, Mass., will continue on the board as director-at-large until his 3-year term expires in 2014.

In addition, Ed Templeton, president of SRP FCU in North Augusta, S.C., was elected vice chairman; Richard Harris, president of Caltech Employees FCU in La Canada, Calif., was elected treasurer; and, Jeanne Kucey, president of JetStream FCU in Miami Lakes, Fla., was elected secretary.
