ST. PAUL, Minn. — To help credit unions address their social media needs, the Minnesota Credit Union Network recently formed a strategic alliance with DAYTA Marketing to provide social media management services.
"One of the biggest challenges credit unions have with social media is they do not have the time or resources to devote to using it most effectively," said John Ferstl, vice president-network service corporation. "DAYTA Marketing can help credit unions by doing everything from establishing their social media strategy to handling day-to-day postings on Facebook, Twitter and other platforms — and everything in between."
DAYTA Marketing said it supports credit unions' social media efforts by building out and improving each social media platform. The firm said it offers a number of services, including:
- Social media management
- Website development
- Text message marketing
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO) enhancement
- E-mail marketing
- Event and contest planning
"We are committed to learning each credit union's business and working closely with our clients to implement an effective social media program," said John Riordan, director of sales at DAYTA Marketing. "Our staff will help build the credit union's audience by using social media posts, Pins, Tweets and blogs to share valuable information with its members."
