LAPLACE, La. – Louisiana FCU went live with Member Loyalty Group’s organization-wide Net Promoter program.

Member Loyalty Group said the Net Promoter Score’s dashboards provide a “fresh stream” of member feedback directly to the credit union’s staff, who can take action.
