ELGIN, Ill.—Lending Solutions Inc. announced it has signed eight new clients for its lending and contact center services during Q1.
"We've really seen an increased demand from credit unions for contact center services over the past year," Lee Kolquist, CEO of Lending Solutions said in a statement. "Many of our clients are experiencing vigorous loan growth, and we're excited to assist them in meeting this demand by serving their members 24/7."
LSI's services to CUs include internet and mobile lending, indirect underwriting, collections outsourcing, member service contact centers and more. The company also recently processed its six-millionth loan application and has set new records in its indirect and mobile lending areas.
