NEW BERLIN, Wis. – Giant Landmark CU, the product of 10 mergers the last three years, has agreed to acquire Dodge Central CU, a healthy $52 million Beaver Dam credit union with branches in four Wisconsin communities.

With the merger the $2 billion Landmark gets branches in Beaver Dam, Juneau, Mayville and Fall River and additional field of membership that includes all of Columbia, Marquette and Fond du Lac counties. Dodge Central also has an in-school branch at Beaver Dam High School.

Barbara Campbell, president and chief executive of Dodge Central, will join Landmark as a regional president and continue working from the Beaver Dam location.

The target date for the merger is Dec. 31, with the transitioning of Dodge Central's member accounts into Landmark's computer system in the first half of 2013.
