GAHANNA, Ohio – KEMBA Financial CU has become a member of PSCU and will implement the CUSO’s Total Member Care 24/7/365 contact centers.

PSCU said its contact center will provide direct contact center member service and handle new member/new account and loan applications after business hours. KEMBA can use the same application to accept a new member via the web, branch or phone, the CUSO noted.

“PSCU integrates smoothly with our credit union’s core processor so member servicing and loan processing are consistent – whether our member contacts us through the website, branch or call center,” said Gerald Guy, president of the $710-million credit union.
