We're proud to introduce an updated Credit Union Journal website. In developing this new resource, we kept a simple goal in mind: Make the content that matters the most to you easier to access.
Quite a bit has changed. We've added new categories that better reflect the topics and themes that are central to financial services. And we've made a host of improvements to the site's community features, as well.
Chief among our new content categories is Payments, an addition that reflects the value CU professionals increasingly place on areas like mobile wallets, same-day ACH, alternative currencies and contactless payment devices. We've also added a new entry point for our People content in the navigation bar to make it easier than ever to keep abreast of developments in the credit union community — from new hires, promotions and retirements, to local-market outreach initiatives. We've also upgraded the look and feel of the pages that house our popular photo galleries.
The bottom line: Finding the information you need to run your credit union just got a lot easier. Expect a sharper focus on topics like technology, lending and compliance. Expect not just the news, but the insight that puts events in a context relevant to the credit union community. And, as always, expect us to keep growing and evolving — as you grow and evolve.
I look forward to hearing your thoughts and reactions.
