CROWN POINT, Ind. – Tech CU has signed with Fiserv to implement the company’s XP2 account processing platform.

The $300-million credit union said it selected XP2 based on the solution’s advanced technology and functionality to support its goals for increasing operational efficiency and enhancing member service.

In addition to XP2, Tech CU will add Fiserv’s Wisdom for financial management and ConvergeIT: IVR for interactive voice response. The credit union will use the Integrated Desktop feature from Fiserv, which the company said delivers tight integration between XP2 and its existing debit card processing solution from Fiserv to deliver more immediate access to member profiles and enhanced service capabilities.
