DOWNEY, Calif. – Financial Partners CU has contracted for Member Loyalty Group’s organization-wide Net Promoter program.

“We’ve been tracking our NPS for some time, but nothing we’ve been able to do internally comes close to the role-based dashboards and actionable data Member Loyalty Group’s solution provides,” said Nader Moghaddam, president of the $800-million credit union.

Net Promoter is a CUSO that provides a member loyalty benchmark, an exclusive relationship with Satmetrix, which it said provides credit unions with tools to collect and act on member feedback in ways that increase loyalty, growth and retention. Member Loyalty Group serves more than 30 credit unions, many of which have more than $1 billion in assets.
