MOLINE, Ill. – DHCU Community has contracted with Datamyx to use its “In the Market” data mining program.

The program is designed to help financial organizations identify cross-sell opportunities and it does so by monitoring current and past members to make “right-time” offers to those members who are seeking any of five financial products and services.

“We feel this monitoring program will help us identify those members that would otherwise slip through our fingers – giving us a holistic view of our members so that we work smarter,” said Matt McCombs, chief operating officer for the $475 million credit union, originally Deere Harvester CU.

Datamyx is based in Boca Raton, Fla.
