GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. – CU*Answers said Friday it has introduced an applications check for its core processing platform, CU*BASE which gives loan applications a “final check” so management can be sure their loan officers don’t forget to get everything needed to complete the application.

Credit unions will be able to benefit from this tool by ensuring their staff doesn’t miss key pieces of information when completing a loan application.”

Since App Check is activated at the employee level, credit unions can use this strictly as a training tool, and implement it only with new loan officers. Once activated, the system will verify that all information the credit union deems required is filled in and warns the employee of any missing content.
