Reporting to the President/CEO, the CFO is responsible for key areas of ALM, treasury, investment, controls, compliance, accounting, financial analysis and reporting, and facilities management. Personal mastery in leadership, with a strong desire to mentor, challenge, and develop teams is essential for success in this role. A strong sense of self to integrate and collaborate across business units is required.
Top candidates will possess strong conceptual thinking and problem-solving skills, and exceptional communication skills to build strong relationships. A high regard and respect for others and strong desire to serve is paramount for the Executive Leadership Team at DCCU. Candidates must have a powerful blend of strategic and technical skills and thrive in a fast-paced high performing organization. The candidate should possess a four year degree in a related discipline, and a minimum of 5 years of Senior Leadership experience.
