Manchester, N.H.-based Members First Credit Union employees donated $335 by way of their Casual Friday Fund to the Animal Rescue League of New Hampshire. Each employee donated $5 in exchange to wear casual fare on Fridays.
Supporting the troops
Medford, N.Y.-based Suffolk Federal Credit Union supported its local Girl Scouts troop by sponsoring the Girl Scouts of Suffolk County's Discovery World STEM Center.
East Lansing, Mich.-based Michigan State University Federal Credit Union announced its $49,533 donation to four community charity partners: Child and Family Charities, Be Nice Mental Health Foundation, Hope Against Trafficking and Capital Area United Way. Each charity received $12,383.
Philadelphia Federal Credit Union of Philadelphia donated $2,500 to the Delaware Valley Veterans Home, a new veterans home operated by the Pennsylvania Department of Military and Veterans Affairs.

Waltham, Mass.-based RTN Federal Credit Union awarded $10,000 in scholarships to this year's 2019 recipients.
