In 2014 Tim Quinn joined Capital Performance Group as a Principal. Tim has 27 years of industry experience, including over 24 years at Bank of America where he most recently managed the Distribution Planning & Strategy team.Tim joined CPG from Pitney Bowes Software, where he was an industry consultant supporting the Financial Services Sales team by aligning the capabilities of PBS with critical business issues in the industry.At Bank of America and its legacy companies (CNB, Shawmut, Fleet, FleetBoston) Tim held a variety of roles supporting the Consumer and Small Business Bank including distribution, finance, product, customer segment and marketing. Tim also worked closely with the analytics, real estate and HR organizations as they were integrally involved in the execution of the projects Tim developed.Tim developed a three year strategic plan for Bank of America that was targeted to yield nationally a 20% reduction in direct network expense as a result of network consolidation, branch sales and supporting infrastructure efficiency gains. With the analytics organization Tim holds a U.S. patent for developing BAC�s market opportunity model. Tim was a lead manager in the launch of BAC�s Growth Market Strategy team which moved the bank from a product led organization, to one that was focused on the customer and the unique opportunities presented by each metro market served by the bank.Tim holds a degree in Economics from Fairfield University, and from the Consumer Bankers Association Graduate School of Retail Bank Management.
