Attorney Patricia A. Moran counsels clients on a variety of employee benefits and compensation matters. She represents clients in a broad variety of health and welfare plan matters, including the Affordable Care Act’s employer and insurance mandates, Massachusetts' health care reform requirements and insurance mandates, COBRA, HIPAA, wellness, and mental health parity. Patricia has practiced in the employee benefits departments of two prominent New York City law firms, working primarily on corporate transactions, structured finance, and executive compensation.
