Nathan Bricklin is SVP and Head of Social Strategy for the Wholesale Services Group at Wells Fargo. He is responsible for managing the Wholesale Groups social media efforts and has spent the last year and a half helping Wells Fargo define its team member internal collaboration strategy, policies and tactics. His team is responsible for developing strategies that help Wholesale eam members use social business process and social media tools to advance internal collaboration, reduce operating costs, increase sales and accelerate innovation.Nathan has been a Wells Fargo team member for 23 years, spending his first eleven years in the Consumer bank and the past twelve in Wholesale. Prior to his current role, Nathan was part of the team that launched the Commercial Electronic Office® customer portal, and he led the Internet and Intranet customer experience teams for more than 10 years. During his tenure at Wells Nathan has run the Consumer Deposit Group, The Discount Brokerage Business and the Premier Banking high-value customer team.Nathan frequently represents Wells Fargo at Social Media and Enterprise Collaboration conferences as well as at Colleges & Universities. Nathan holds an MBA from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley and a bachelor's degree from Babson College. He is a founder and current Board member of The CREEK Youth Center in Walnut Creek, CA and is a mentor at BUILDa youth business incubator for disengaged high school studentsin Oakland, CA.
