Mitchell has a 20 year proven track record of delivering sales technologies to the market. Mitchell served as Executive Vice President and co-founder of G2X, an Internet company focused on customer relationship management software. He was responsible for building ACT! for Lotus Notes, the first Customer Relationship Management software, and bringing it to market with Symantec Corporation. He worked with over 50 sales organizations over seven years implementing technology aligned with sales process best practices.After G2X, Mitchell was co-founder and CEO of Send Word Now, a national leader in cloud-based emergency notification and on-demand alerting and response services. Mitchell�s enthusiasm for improving financial sales process ensures that he is frequent speaker at banking/financial services conferences including recent engagements at Bank Director Growth Conference, Barlow Research Client Conference, and Finovate. His bylines appear in in BAI Banking Strategies, Bank Director and Bank Systems and Technology.Mitchell was also a Lecturer in Entrepreneurship at the Cox School of Business, Southern Methodist University for nine years.
