Over the last several years Kim has focused on how to prepare the next generation of financial advisors and has been a guest panelist at industry events to discuss NextGen.\nSince joining JNBA in 2006, Kim has twice been named a Top 25 Woman in Finance by Finance and Commerce, and a Women in Business honoree by the Minneapolis\/St. Paul Business Journal.
