Craig Pfeiffer leads the Marketing and The Client Experience Group and is a member of the Executive Committee at Morgan Stanley Smith Barney. He is responsible for Marketing, Branding and Advertising , Financial Planning and Wealth Advisory Resources, Retirement Services, Client and Field Services, and the Corporate Client Group.Craig has been with Morgan Stanley Smith Barney and predecessor firms for over 27 years with a variety of leadership responsibilities. He has previously served in corporate roles as Head of High Net Worth Segment, Director of One Citi Solutions, and National Director of Marketing and Business Development while located in New York City. He served in field management roles as Regional Director of Northwest Region in Portland, Oregon, Branch Manager in Melville, Long Island, NY, Divisional Sales Manager in Detroit, Branch Manager and Financial Consultant in Cincinnati.Craig currently Co-Chairs the Private Client Services Committee of the Securities Industry Financial Markets Association (SIFMA) and serves on the Deans Council for Kelley School of Business at Indiana University. Additionally, he is on the Board of Citymeals-On-Wheels serving New York City and he is the President of Bright Seed Foundation, an organization providing microfinance support to self-surviving entrepreneurs in emerging economies in Eastern Europe.Craig graduated from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business. He is most proud of his wife of 29 years, Cissy, their married son, Austin and their married daughter, Haley.
