Brigid Mellon is a Vice President in the Digital Customer Experience team at Wells Fargo. As a design and content strategy manager, she is dedicated to creating innovative, useful, and engaging customer experiences. Since joining Wells Fargo in 1999, she has helped to establish the content strategy practice and to grow the Wells Fargo digital content team from 4 writers with 1 million online banking customers to 25 content strategists with more than 26 million online banking and 16 million mobile banking customers.Before her digital career, Brigid was a book editor in New York City. She graduated from Pomona College with a degree in English Literature.Brigid lives in her native San Francisco but loves to travel. She's thrilled to be in New Orleans again, where the good food outweighs out her fear of Gulf Coast humidity.
