RALEIGH, N.C. – State Employees’ CU on Tuesday said its SECU Foundation is awarding the first of four planned $200,000 annual innovation grants to the Institute for Emerging Issues at North Carolina State University, which will allow the Institute to award four $50,000 innovation prizes.
